DiscoverCars.com Wins Excellence in Customer Service Award

DiscoverCars.com is proud to have been awarded the Business Intelligence Group's Excellence in Customer Service Award in 2024. This award is given to organizations that "are setting the standard for building trust and loyalty with their customers."

At DiscoverCars.com, we put customers at the forefront of everything we do, so we're ecstatic to be recognized for this.

This award is a testament to our Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction teams' dedication to providing excellent, empathetic service throughout the booking and rental processes. We strive not just to support customers before they book, but also when they need to make changes to their reservations, have trouble picking up their cars, and after their rentals.

We continue to seek out new ways to improve the car rental experience for our customers including supporting them both when booking and throughout the rental experience. As an example of this, we were also awarded the group's BIG Innovation Award earlier in the year for our Customer Service chatbot.

We continue improving our chatbot and Help Center so that customers can get the help they need as quickly as possible and enjoy their trips instead of fretting about their car rentals.

Before that, he had traveled through some 50 countries, highlights of which include traveling by rental car across the United States, experiencing the danger of the sun in Brazil, and freezing in Lapland in the middle of winter.

Though his degrees are in Economics and Finance, his passion is creating travel content. Even when staying put, writing travel-related pieces let him experience the thrill of travel.
