This award is a testament to our Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction teams' dedication to providing excellent, empathetic service throughout the booking and rental processes. We strive not just to support customers before they book, but also when they need to make changes to their reservations, have trouble picking up their cars, and after their rentals.
We continue to seek out new ways to improve the car rental experience for our customers including supporting them both when booking and throughout the rental experience. As an example of this, we were also awarded the group's
BIG Innovation Award earlier in the year for our Customer Service chatbot.
We continue improving our chatbot and Help Center so that customers can get the help they need as quickly as possible and enjoy their trips instead of fretting about their car rentals.
