A Visit to One of Our Top Suppliers — Green Rent a Car
At DiscoverCars.com, we work hard to make the rental experience of our customers the best that it can be. A large part of making that happen is close cooperation with our suppliers. After the struggles of the past few years, we treasure the moments we get to meet our suppliers in person even more.
Recently, I, personally, had the amazing opportunity to visit one of our main suppliers in Bulgaria — Green Rent A Car, who invited me to see their offices in Burgas, Varna, and Sofia (including their spacious car maintenance/repair/paint/garage spaces); meet the director and the whole team; and observe all their operations.
Ivaylo (Business Development Manager) and Vladimir (CEO) took time out of their busy schedules to drive me through all of Bulgaria (1500 km!) to show me all of their offices and introduce me to the whole team, from the team members in reservations to those that perform maintenance on the cars — an amazing chance to put faces behind the names, as now I know who I'm talking when sending an email, and a personal touch is so important, especially for solving any possible problems quickly and efficiently.
We started working with this experienced company only a year ago, but they have quickly become one of DiscoverCars.com's top partners, with our customers returning to them again and again and their service being rated 9.7 out of 10. They have already received an Excellent Car Rental Service award from us, which I was happy to see proudly positioned at the Green Rent A Car desks in the airports. I was amazed by the amount of work and effort they put in together to provide our customers with second-to-none service, paying attention to every detail!

This year Green Rent A Car will be the only rental company in Bulgaria that will have the brand new Toyota Yaris Cross and Toyota Aygo X available for our customers!
