I had trip to Split from Zadar along the coast - lots of interesting views and beautiful places to stop for a swim. And also took A1 highway for trip from Zadar to Dubrovnik - was not hard at all, infrastructure and road condition are good. For my style of short trip it was completely satisfying: observer mode + swimming in crystal clear water (although little bit chilly now, 16-17C).

Picked up car from Zadar and drove to Spit (2 hour drive) on A1. Scenery was amazing and driving easy. After a few days drove from Split to Rijeka (4 hour drive), once again amazing scenery and driving easy using well built modern highway. A real pleasure to drive in Croatia.
