I have booked through DiscoverCars.com before on regular trips to Italy. On my forthcoming trip I decided to split a 4 week hire into 2 equal parts. Firstly I inadvertently double booked the first fortnight. Realising my error I cancelled one booking. I received a refund very promptly. My second error was to book unknowingly using a different email address to the one I use for personal issues. As a result I could not find my two bookings in my DiscoverCars.com account. I was baffled and alarmed I may not have booked a car. I contacted customer service who replied within hours. Some detective work by Liam resolved the issue. I am relieved and grateful.
