Cons: After singing the contract we had to wait about 15 min until the car was brought to us. The cars parking space is not in the same place of the front desk.

Pros: Friendly service, with immediate pick-up by shuttle and short distance to the office, and we were driven back straight away to the airport after return, in the car we'd hired.

Cons: The car was a bit retro, with a fairly noisy diesel engine and no mobile phone interface for navigation etc, and no built-in satnav.

Cons: There was a bit of a complication with our pick up at the airport. I would be happy to receive a picture of a vehicle that is supposed to pick us up, or to be contacted on WhatsApp near the pick-up time, it would save us half an hour of waiting and worries

Cons: The car kept sending error messages. The last day the car battery died, we couldn't start the engine. We had to wait more than an hour to be taken to the airport. We couldn't return the car with full tank as it hadn't started before we dropped it off, but the officials not only apologised for the inconvenience, but also wanted to make us pay a fine for not having returned the car with a full tank. The whole procedure was disappointing.

Pros: Fast pick-up, fast dropping, small deposit. I received a better car then I reserved. Much longer too, not very easy to park or turn on the narow roads of Corfu, but much more powerful on the steep slopes.

Cons: Difficult to inch my way out of A2S carpark because they parked the transfer van right behind me. I chose full petrol tank. It was 3/4... Sofia reassured me that the deposit of EUR 650 was to be released from my card within 3-5 days. 4 week later it's still 'on hold' in spite me sending Sofia reminder emails. I never even got an apology for the poor service. I will not use A2S again !

She said she will be there with black minivan No3 in 3 minutes. She was there in 2 minutes :) She was so kind and professional. You immediately get a feeling you know her for ages.
