Pick-up instructions
After the arrival customer needs to go outside of Terminal. For Sydney Domestic Terminal 2 turn left and follow signs to Shuttle pick-up area [Bay 5]. For Sydney Domestic Terminal 3, turn right and follow signs to Shuttle pick-up area [Bay 5]. For Sydney International Terminal [Arrivals] turn right, follow signs to the Shuttle pick-up area, walk past RYDGES Hotel and Wait near [Bay 22]. Please call 0061 180 0822 059 for the free shuttle service to the office. A blue PARK ON KING bus will pick renter up from the bay. The approx. wait time is 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic). Please do not call prior to arriving at the pick-up point – additional fees may apply if the shuttle arrives and the renter is not ready for collection.
Drop-off instructions
Proceed to Park on King at 338 King St, Mascot, Sydney, follow signs to Car Rental Returns, go to the boom gate which will open automatically and park the vehicle in any bay showing the Abaa Reserved sign. Lock the vehicle and call 0061 1 800 822 059, advise of vehicle return. After that drop keys into Key Return box.

Pros: Abaa car rentals service was the best car rental service I've ever received. Brooke was delightful and her and her father helped me swapping out cars to an automatic from a manual after I hurt my finger and could no longer drive the manual. Love;y people.

Cons: The car was not ready for pickup at tte appointed time. We waited an hour for them to wash it. The car was old. The car back hatch did not have suspension (it did, but it did not work - it closed on my head on more tthan one occasion). And - the high point - the glove box was held closed with duct tape TO THE AIRBAG COVER. Would it have opened in an accident? Lucky I did not find out. What sort of show you people think you are running I don’t have any idea. You are an appalling outfit.
