Pros: Ally himself was very nice, friendly and the car was clean enough and good enough, no complaints. He called me in England on our return for where the car was left and that was it so I presume that he was happy enough with where I left it.

Cons: He wasn't there when we landed and I didn't know if I'd missed him, nor when we were to leave, I found someone at the airport (staff) that would call him but there was no reply, (0350 in the morning), I had to leave to car in an Oto-park otherwise we'd have missed our flight.

Pros: ABBYCAR is the supplier we had paid to rent car from. We had paid for everything before arriving to Turkey. When we arrived, the renter named Ali took photos of passport, license, and credit card but would refuse to rent us the car that we paid for. He demanded for more money. A family behind us were also having same issue as us. He kept ignoring us would not speak to us. Our information has been stolen. Legal action will be taken. DiscoverCARS is scam and so is the supplier ABBYCAR. Be careful!

Cons: Our entire trip was ruined completely. Legal document information stolen and money stolen as well.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is free of charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
