Pros: The car was good.

Cons: This is a disaster. First of all, by picking up the car, we had to pay directly a 1000€ deposit to Abbycar. Whereas it is written in the contract we have with DiscoverCars.com “A deposit will be blocked on the customer credit card until the end of the rental period.” Then, by reading the feed back of all the other people who rent a car at Abbycar on Google, we have seen that all of them have never received the deposit back and they have to engage lawyer to be able to maybe receive their money

Pros: Car was clean and in good condition, but everything else was pretty bad.

Cons: Security deposit was fully charged (not blocked) to my credit card and still not released nor refunded more than a month later. Location of the pickup is in the middle of nowhere and hard to find, nobody was present at the time of drop off@19:00 (even though there business hours on rental voucher indicated closing time@20:00) nor was I warned at the time of pickup that there would be no one at the office at drop off time.
