Cons: Unfortunately, very dissatisfying and disappointing experience. Had to wait for 1 hour until we been given a car. Car wasn’t cleaned, no paperwork whatsoever. Return of the vehicle again waiting at the airport. Just not good

Pros: Nothing, they don’t have a desk at the airport , the keys at the pickup was left with enterprise rent a car , they over charged me 20£ extra for some reasons, when i asked how he said that he doesn’t have a clue and that he doesn’t work with them , he was only helping a friend even though a 35 euro was initially added to the price for picking up the car during out of business hours.
Cons: In the key ring provided with keys , there was a number of assistant which wouldn’t answer the phone for while but after many attempts i managed to get thru so i explained the situation that the car had a massage on the dashboard saying the oil level is critically low. He advised me to buy oil which cost me £10 and i forwarded the invoice to him, he said that i will have the money back when i drop the car off . But it wasn’t the case when i got there as it was no one to talk to.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax.

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
