Pros: price point
Cons: - waited WAY TOO LONG to pick up vehicle; 1.5 hours after booked time. - order of service was not done in proper order. People came after me were randomly selected to go pick up car - actually vehicle pick up location (not meeting point of car rental) is very far, further than going to airport. - AbbyCar is not the actual name of the car rental meeting point and pick up location. It was actually ANC car rental.
Pros: Abbycar no where to be found in Ponta Delgada.
Cons: Who is Abbycar??? By sheer luck I stumbled on ANC rental looking for Abbycar and they had my booking.
Pros: good value for the money, great price
Cons: having to wait for the shuttle for the pick up
Cons: Booked Opel Corsa or similar (automatic) but received a very old Renault Twingo that didn't feel safe: the car made noise like it would fall apart, pressing the brake pedal to the limit for finally stopping, uphill we got an error and the car suddenly stopped, then we smelled something very strange & toxic coming out of the back of the car (we called but they wouldn't do anything unless we send a photo with the error which didn't pop up anymore). Super dangerous in the mountainous area we were.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Licences issued in Mexico are not accepted.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
