Pros: Car, and service was appalling, and dossappointing that the purchase online was not received. Will not use this website again. Will always go directly to large branded companies in future.

Cons: Very very difficult to find company, called 10 times and not answering calls, later reported that he was sleeping and missed the calls. Spent 2 hours trying to find. Very rude when arrived. Also had polo’s in carpark but proceeded to provide ford fiesta. Gear stick falling off and car felt extremely unsafe with engine misfiring. Whole car shakes when breaking.

Cons: Although the car was new-ish and in very good condition, it wasnt the same or similar size that was stated on the website when l reserved it. Which means l paid the same price for a smaller car, and l dont think thats fair, but in a situations like that a customer hasnt got much choice and its left to deal with what he/she is given.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Premium a driver license valid for at least 2 years is required.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Albania.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
