Pros: Nothing. Hands down the worst rental agency I’ve ever experienced.

Cons: We wasted 2 hours on both ends of our trip dealing with this horrendously inefficient company and almost missed our flight. Terrible customer service. Very rude. There were 3 employees and only one seemed to be working. The car itself had a massive break on the taillight that they seemed to have no intent on fixing. When we returned the car they found a microscopic “chip” on the windshield and demanded €850 to replace the windshield that they definitely do not intend on replacing.

Pros: The agents are very efficient, pleasant and hard workers.

Pros: Lady forced me to sign without allowing to read just asked to sign and then inspect the car rather than other way around

Cons: Also the address was different from one advertised, the shuttle drivers were death trap driving like formula one drivers illegally driving at high speeds they might kill somebody

Cons: They charged me late fee because it takes them 30 mins to do back and forth. They charged me 244€ for a circle that was done by the manufacturer as design piece on the bumper saying that it's a damaged I caused even though the pictures they took previously my trip that circle was obviously already present.

Cons: the hidden fees, they charged me an absurd amount of money of a hidden fee that is written in Italian, so its impossible to argue about it

Cons: This place is a scam. DO NOT rent from them. They kept charging our card afterwards and we had to get a new credit card. Also known as Quattro Rent. Do not rent from these people.

Pros: I feel like I was robed 260 euros for an extra insurance. they didn't release the car unless i payed the amount.

Pros: The 1 thing that went smoothly was the shuttle service from the airport to the parking lot, but that is the responsibility of a different service provider from the car rental company.

Cons: They decided that an Israeli driving license isn’t allowed, but it’ll be fine if they up-sale you with some overpriced insurance… Definitely a scam tactic since other companies in Italy had no problem renting to me. More over the car wasn’t serviced, no wiper fluid, and the representative had 0 knowledge or will to help with fixing the baby safety chair.

Pros: When I called the agency, a human answered and responded to my needs. The agents were friendly and capable!

Cons: It was a little hard to find the shuttle to the rental car place.

Cons: I didn't like that they trick you telling you that from 10pm you need to pay a tax after hour of 50 euro when you arrive there at 10.15 because the shuttle bus took ages to go back from the terminal waiting everyone. I was on the shuttle at 9.40. Disgraceful

Pros: They contacted me before the rental to double check all the details, provided pick-up instructions, and answered my questions. I booked a manual transmission car, but got One with an automatic gear free if charge.

Cons: Upon pick-up they informed me that the excess amount in case of damage and theft is higher than was indicated on my voucher. But happily I returned the car in perfect condition, and only had to pay 15EUR for washing service, which I agreed to.

Cons: ACARENT did not take any responsibility when we had a problem with the car they provided to us. They have left me and my family in a middle of nowhere and yet nobody could speak Italian.

Cons: Long wait times for collection. Over 2 hours! Would never use again

Cons: The tyres weren’t pumped up, the oil service indicated on the display was overdue, the windscreen spray was low, so all in all I haven’t felt safe while driving the car.

Cons: Unable to find the shuttle bus at the airport. Called over 20 times to the phone provided but they closed the line when they heard we were speaking in English as they don't speak English!

Cons: Drop off was hard to find, car was first not available. Staff wanted to sell insurance and cleaning even though i hade insurance.

Cons: You cannot make any changes on the day. It’s a third party so the staff on the desk have no power to help. It ended up being expensive and the car itself was awful

Cons: Acarent is a terrible company. Their cars are dirty and in poor shape. Their staff is rude and not helpful at all

Cons: I had to pay full insurance on the ground of 36 francs per day even though I already had paid insurance when I booked online! This is not acceptable and ended up paying double what I had planned for. To make this up to me I want the over-insurance I paid to be reimbursed and I have been trying to contact you without success

Cons: It is not in the airport, and they tell us that they will drive us to the hotel at the end and the drop us at the airport and we need more then hours after the car dropping to arrive to the hotel on the airport zone

Cons: The chattel bus took too long & the location is too far & the car given had a load noise coming out from the brakes…. This was the warn break pads rubbing against the break discs… This is an expectable, unsafe and the car should of never been on the road…

Pros: The car was great compared to the class that was reserved. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Cons: Since the rental desk is outside of the airport there was some challenge in contacting the shuttle and time spent waiting and transferring to the pick-up location.

Pros: They were very friendly both picking up and dropping off time.

Cons: I was not told that i had to return the carpark exit ticket when the hire car was returned , and once I was back in the airport i was then informed that if exit ticket was not returned that there would be a 50 euro charge to my visa card
