Pros: Arrived at Munich desk at 9pm. The OK Mobility rep who was representing ACE cars had no trace of our reservation. To his credit he then made us a new reservation with an ok mobility but it took him another hour. We left the airport at 11:30 pm !

Cons: It took 40 minutes to pick up the car, and they wanted more money/a higher price when I picked it up vs when I booked.

Pros: The car was really nice and the rental agent was very friendly.

Cons: The car had a low tire pressure warning already when picking up the car. It was surprising that this had not been handled. The cross-border charge should have been indicated when renting the car. Now there was only information that a charge would apply but no information on the amount of the charge.
