Cons: Ace does not have offices at Valencia instead uses ok mobility, the sign for ace was less than a5 in size and hidden we had to ask several other companies where they where, 2 did did not know!!! Very poor information took over 30 mins just to find the office by which time a que had formed ahead of us.

Pros: Pretty straight forward once we found them - they were not called Ace Rent a Car

Cons: They asked us to fill out a form online, then had to write down the exact same information on paper, what is the point in doing both?

Cons: Ace was not the company at the airport, it was a different company - nothing on the paperwork indicated this and it took several (3+) phone calks and over an hour to locate appropriate vendor.
