Pros: Stay away, renting here is the stuff you read about travel horror stories. Osek rental car takes advantage of customers, edpecially if you are visiting from abroad. They should be investigated by Legal authorities. I filled fuel 5 km from the station. They said they havd a secret gps on fuel cap, what a BS, they went silent after I showed him receipt from local gas station, but charged me for fuel after I left. Gets worse, charged thousands for alleged sratches, thers were none.

Cons: Scam artists and thiefs.

Cons: I was 8 hours late because my flight got delayed. They gave away the car and didn't any other car. They left me stranded in a foreign country. They didn't return my deposit either. Nowhere did I see they can give cars away after 8 hours. I don't see this policy written anywhere. I had to pay 300 dollars US for a cab. I lost one day of my vacation and I had to pay to rent a car in a different city.

Cons: Booked an SUV, gave me a sedan, but still charged me for a sedan. Car was full of scratches and dents outside. Very inefficient airport/office transport system. Was told there is no new damage when returning the car, a week later got a picture of a small scratch that was not on the car when returning and a ridiculous charge on my credit card.

Pros: Friendly service, Car was clean, except for badly stained seats.

Cons: I asked for a Opel Astra or equivalent, I got a very basic, old Seat Ibiza, I appreciate that it was a late booking, but did not anticipate such a base level car, which I was told was equivalent to an Astra...errr, no way. Also as it was a base model, comfort was poor for doing 600km + in, very noisy, only a 5 speed gearbox (in 2018 !?). I genuinely had a bad head on arrival at my destination.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Union.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
