Pros: First, it wasn't provided by Ace -- it was another company called "Autobunga" that no mention was made of on the booking. I liked nothing about it. They were rude and made everything difficult.
Cons: It took us over an hour to find the place, then they charged us 10 euros because we were late, because we had no instruction to find the rental place. I was then told that I need to buy a SIM card so that I could call them when I am returning so that they could come meet me. I followed through, and called them, but there was no answer on the number they gave despite me calling multiple times over several hours. I finally was able to return the car only because another employee of a different com
Pros: All I can say is that my problem was sorted out. But I was disappointed with my booking.
Cons: When I booked the requested car, deposit was €500, but they took €600, also I had to pay for unexpected fees, car condition wasn't great. After 2 days driving vw golf the engine light showed up and engine sound was changed, definitely had a problem.

Cons: There was noone there to greet me, they didnt have an infant seat as we'd pre agreed and I paid more than I was initially quoted
