Pros: Agent who checked out and drop off the vehicle was efficient.
Cons: For a booking of a compact class I’ve got a car that has no sensors or camera in the back, what was shocking, simply because I remember renting mini or economy class vehicles that had such standard features.

Pros: Agent was really helpful and trying so hard to resolve the issue. He had to create the reservation from the scratch, to find me a car and sort all documents out resulting in 50 minutes waiting... But he was really helpful.
Cons: Mno booking found. Provider did not have my booking in the system, car not ready, and they didn't expect my arrival. Imagine to arrive to be told that there is no reservation for me in the mid of the night? I could get stranded after midnight with no vehicle I already paid for! I am trying not to think what could have happened...

Pros: The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I could not travel and pick up the car on the date I booked, but they changed the pick - up date without a murmur. They were very courteous and expeditious. The car was almost brand new and very clean.
Cons: Nothing. Literally nothing. They were fast, both on the pick - up and drop - off, very polite, courteous, accommodating. The communication was superb, I had to call them twice regarding the booking, and both times the phone was picked up almost on the first bell.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
