Pros: Muhammad was the only positive thing! Banger with high mileage and faulty breaks. It was replaced with MG that was new but had service lights on. Imagine driving a car with 2 babies under 2 where the car can break down anytime in Amman!!

Pros: Everything was perfect very friendly representatives. They let and encouraged me to take pictures and film the car's condition for the scratches etc. Very pleasant experience, I can only recommend Ace Rent.

Cons: I wanted to reserve Peugeot 308 manual transition, fuel tank full to full and I got Nissan Sunny, old car, more than 90 thousands km, automatic transition, fuel tank 3 out of 8, with very bad tires, we had flat tire 2 times in 5 days. Representative was active on my arrival on Whatsup, but he went away while we were passing airport, we had to wait more than 30mins till then he came back for us, he kept us freezed in a meeting point.

Cons: I reached airport, car hire agent was not there, I had to call several times and he came after half an hour. Car was not with him .. he took me to his office in order to receive the car .. I took with me one and a half hour for the car receiving process.
