Cons: Ace car rental did not have an office, there was a small sign A5 saying ace car rental at the ok car rental office. The numbers provided to contact ace car rental did not work, it took me a long time to find the office. Then when I arrived, despite buying insurance from ace car rental I was made to buy ok car rentals insurance Which cost more then my whole rental and insurance with ace as I did not have a credit card to put down £1050. It was basically a front and nearly ruined my holiday.
Cons: The office is hard to find, the staff were friendly but took a very long time to do the check-in and forced us to buy their expensive insurance because although we could pay for the car with AMEX/debit card, neither were acceptable for the purpose of the security deposit.
Pros: Ace did not exist so when we arrived in the meeting place of the shuttle no name no adress and no body knows about this rental car company we loosed much time till we learned that Ace is a subcontractor of OK rent a car and after that it we become simply . You need to fix that thank you
