Pros: Nothing

Cons: They made me buy $360 extra in insurance although payment with Mastercard was supposed to cover it. They told me I had to have an international driver's license or would have to go elsewhere to rent a car. As I had only my regular US license which was supposed to be ok (and has in past European rentals), I had to buy the insurance. It was clearly a scam. Also, the car was filthy with globs of bird shit on one side. There was no cleaner in the windshield washer, so had to do that ourselves.

Cons: One of our reservation start time was 3hours before our other reservations by our own mistake. DiscoverCars.com charged us over 200€ for this mistake. They did have the same car availambe for us but they just wanted to get more money from us because their rules allowed to do this. This is something I do not call good customer service. Next time we will rent cars from some other companies and we spread the word about how they handled this case.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I never got the car. Staff is unattentive and rude. Made me wait in line for 90 minutes before I was able to speak to anyone (and only served 4 customers ahead of me in all that time). Scammers - refused to hand over the car for a spurious reason, but insinuated that I could cover the "extra risk" by purchasing an addition EUR 500 in insurance from them.
