Pros: The car was fine
Cons: I have complained and no one has addressed the issue. The information given to collect the car was wrong and delayed us by 1 1/2 hours resulting in a missed excursion. You need to change the information and the agents knowledge when phoning for help
Pros: Abs nothing
Cons: The chaos of the office. The fact we hd to wait two hours to get served during which we were robbed and had all our passports stolen. According to the people who worked there “this happens all the time, no we don't have CCTV, no we don't warn people that pickpockets operate in the building and that it’s our fault for having too many children”. One of the worst experiences of my life. Oh and ACE rental cars doesn't even exist so you have to guess which company’s shuttle bus to get into.
Pros: clean car
Cons: instructions on how to find pick up only references Terminal 1. We arrived into T2. the phone number provided was not answering. Major issue with getting charged €560 on my credit card for car damage even though they inspected the car and stamped the paperwork confirming there was no damage
Pros: Literally nothing this was the worst experience I have had.
Cons: People were rude. Took 3 hours to get the car. Spent soooo much money calling ace rental car international.
Pros: OK car rental car were efficient once we agreeded on the car.
Cons: Only seeing signs for OK Rental cars, so would have been nice to know to look out for OK. Not getting the car I booked ie Peugeot Rifter for 5 cases. Being told I wo not be able to claim a refund.
