Pros: The service from picking up and dropping off the car was very efficient
Cons: The car provided was more than fine for our needs but it was in need of a service which kept popping up on the dashboard whilst driving (in Spanish) which was disconcerting to drive. Other messages also popped up relating to the service needed but I was not able to decipher them as I was driving.

Cons: They did not block the money on my card for the excess they charged my card! So I got a charge on my credit card of £36! Also after 5 days I still don’t have the excess they took on the day I picked up the car.
