Cons: Car wasn't ready when we showed up, only one person in the office who was also the van driver. He was a really nice guy, though.

Pros: Worst experience ever! Never got the car. Wouldn’t accept that the car was paid in full and wanted me to pay again. I wouldn’t do that so he dropped me back off at the airport and no one was there. Wasted 2.5 hrs on this mess!

Pros: Staff were friendly and most were fluent in English
Cons: No one in the area seemed to know that “Ace Rent a Car” was actually Toyota Car Rental. The taxi driver had to ask a shuttle driver at the airport where it was. “Ace Car Rental” didn’t actually exist.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2290.00), Theft Protection, Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Insurance
The renter can use his/her own insurance, but if this insurance is declined or the renter doesn't bring his/her own insurance, the following insurance type(s):Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft protection (TP) will be available at the rental desk for an additional charge.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 240 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 240 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
