Pros: The pick-up process was pretty slick. No delays. The guys at the desk were very friendly. The car was clean and the small number of scratches were pointed out very clearly.

Cons: It was not easy to find the desk down in the car park. There was only 1 queue for pickup and returns. Maybe have the 2 to processes separate.

Cons: It was a building site and hard to find. They also charged us 84Euros even if we had prepaid the car and everything was ok when we delivered the car. We do not know what the 84 Euros was, no receipt. Can you do that- just take money from your card?

Cons: The location was stated as car rental centre but was actually in a hotel near T1 and the instructions on location were incorrect. My wife has a heart condition and it took us almost an hour to locate the pick up location.

Pros: They happily dropped us of at airport terminal as we had a wheelchair occupant - which was so helpful.

Cons: Nothing I was concerned that I had to have £1000 held on my credit card but this disappeared when I return the car … didn’t understand this!

Cons: The only downside is it was relatively difficult to find the rental desk (signage would help if allowed) and a bit of a walk from Nice Terminal One. Otherwise no complaints however..

Pros: Very nice and accommodating staff, especially the manager upon our return

Cons: The only negative thing is when I booked online originally the price was €800 and when I cancelled the original booking to rebook the same day but on a different credit card, the price had exactly doubled to €1600. Not the fault of the agency in Nice.

Cons: Overcharged with conversion charges eventhou I had euros in my account and I insisted on paying in euros. For some reason person at the desk refused to accept euro payment and charged me in pounds making me lose 70 euros with conversion.

Pros: There was no service. The staff upset everyone who was trying to pick up their reserved cars while I was there. Even at the car collection level, people from many countries were appalled by the bad service.

Cons: Everything. There was no intention to deliver the product I had reserved. There was every intention to swindle. Extra very high charges applied to driving to Italy, Monaco and Spain, which I had indicated in my booking as a "just in case" condition because Nice is adjacent to Italy. Any thought of travelling was cancelled at that point. I travel twice a year to Nice and this was the first time these charges have been applied in all the years I have been travelling in Europe.

Cons: We were not clearly informed up front of all the costs involved. Only when we got to the desk were we faced with either an option of a very large deposit or extra payment for full insurance. The initial booking implied full insurance was already provided by the option chosen. I am highly highly unimpressed !!!!!!!

Pros: Not much. Dropping off was easy. Car was in great condition except for the smell of cigarette.

Cons: The agent did not give me a ticket to exit the garage and I was stuck between the barriers. I had to leave the car, lock, it, go back to the desk to ask for the exit ticket. The car stunk of smoke. Someone before had been smoking in the car. As a non smoker I was reminded each time I got in the car.
