Pros: Very hard to find the drop off location when giving the car back

Cons: Rude and unhelpful member of staff at the pick up point. Also was questioned on damage to the car on return, thankfully I had taken photos of this when collecting
Pros: Upon check in, the agents were very friendly and helpful. In addition, when we needed to upgrade on the spot because the original car we rented was too small, the agent made if very easy. However, the agent did inspect the car with us or instruct us to do the same.

We are in the process of filing a complaint with our credit card company for charges associated with damage we did not cause to the car's rims and that is normal wear and tear. We believe the agent was looking for any possible damage because we did not purchase the extended liability coverage, so he extorted 140 euros from us for minor marring on the rims.
Cons: The brand was ok mobility not actually ace. All very confusing. Reps at checkin desk unhelpful and took a long time. Didn't support with early drop off.
Pros: I thought it was well communicated in plain english and met expectations overall. There's always going to be delays for pickup, but it really was a good system
Cons: The Ace Rent a car shuttle from Palma airport was difficult to find. You had to hop on the OKCar shuttle and Ace was very very small logo on the side of the van. Information counter at PMI didn't know who Ace was and thought it was part of GOLD Rentals. The drop off was SUPER hard to find since it wasn't with the rest. We wandered around in circles for 30 minutes until we found it.
