Pros: Good car
Cons: I had to call for a shuttle, but the number given on the hire form went to a recorded message that the office was closed (at 4pm). It wasn't actually closed, but I had to rely on staff at the airport to phone the rental office. When I finally got to the office they didn't think the recorded message was a problem!
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to help my trip go smoothly.

Cons: Ace did not send my reservation to Discover Car at all. They had no idea I was coming and they had to scramble to find me a car. Their rate in the system at that point was no where close to what I was quoted so they had to keep reducing their rate until it ended up close. It took a long time but not at all their fault. They said this happens fairly often. Ace should figure out this problem

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
