Pros: Great price for a car. Car was super old though and pretty beat up.

Cons: Took forever to get the vehicle. The car was on it's last leg it felt like. The transmission temp light came on while I was in South Carolina. I tried to call to ask them what I should do/tell them about it but they put me on a super long hold and then it went to voicemail anyway. I ended up just hanging up and not telling them.

Pros: There was nothing available despite my reservation. The person on the phone was very nice and apologetic and I know it wasn’t directly their fault.

Cons: There was nothing available despite my reservation. I was not notified that my reservation could not be fulfilled so I had to walk up to rent elsewhere for 2.5x the price I planned for.

Pros: They didn’t provide car which I had prepaid in fully. Waited a full hour at terminal for pickup to be dropped at Ace where they had no car for me.

Cons: Person on phone rude. Shuttle driver rude. After 1 hr wait for shuttle I was returned to airport where all other car co were fully sold out so they stranded me.

Pros: The car had many bumps and scratches. The lady took photos before giving it to us, I hope they don't try to charge us with anything later. They could provide a telephone holder, as most drivers use it for GPS. Seats had bread crumps and the steering wheel was sticky.

Pros: Drop off was relatively easy, though it took longer than most rental car drop offs.

Cons: It took over an hour to get my car, with just a couple of people ahead of me in line. Once I got the car, it was dented in several places, had not been washed, and smelled bad inside.

Pros: Quick counter service

Cons: Extra charge for unlimited miles, no EZ Pass for toll states, no spare tire, & representative seemed uncaring about the questions of vehicle. They were brushed off & never answered. The tire pressure light came on during travel so I had 2 get car looked at.

Cons: Very poor service. The car was not clean, tire had a leak at the time of rental, they inflated the tires and said there should be no problems. Next morning the tire was flat and we had to call our towing service to fix it! Spent 10 hours coordinating this tire change on 2 days when I had to be in a conference!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage (except for local residents), Vehicle registration fee, Energy recovery fee, Free modifications, Concession fee, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Insurance
Renter must provide a proof of own insurance.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Debit cards, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following States: USA - South Carolina, USA - Virginia.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Spouses will not be charged the additional driver surcharge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
