Pros: Car was nice and affordable on gas mileage.
Cons: They added an extra charge that we didn't agree on or we didn't know until we got home and see the email.
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I had to pay an extra $74.00 in taxi fees because they had no car for me when I was scheduled to pick it up. Had to taxi to my hotel, and then had to taxi back to Ace rental to pick up car. Ace wouldn't consider reimbursement.
Pros: Very little
Cons: See above
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The agent was coughing and sneezing and handling all of our paperwork. If you're sick keep your ass at home or somewhere else besides at the front desk handling customers. Make him clean cars or something.
Pros: quick service
Cons: car was not ready
