Pros: The guy at the desk in the airport was helpful and friendly.
Cons: They gave away my car…and offered me to pay for an upgrade (saying I only paid $18 per day…maybe that’s all you paid them). I declined and told him to keep looking. Then he offered me a sedan…and I told him to try harder. About 30 minutes later, he said his boss pulled one out of storage. Why would I ever use your company again??
Cons: When I picked up the car, they specifically told me to ignore scratches and just look for significant damages only. They said they had just scanned the car and all was okay. I did not notice any major dents or issues but when I returned the car, they claimed there was a scratch that they want to bill my insurance for. They claim it was not there when I rented the car.
Pros: Great shuttle and agent at the desk.
Pros: Customer service
Cons: Nothing!
Pros: ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING.
Cons: THAT I DIDN'T GET A CAR AND PAID FOR A RESERVATION OF NOTHING.
