The meeting point is Viscount Station, part of the Toronto Pearson Airport terminal network. It can be reached from any terminal in a few minutes using the free Airport Terminal Link Train, which operates 24/7 and arrives every 3 minutes. Upon arrival at Viscount Station, please use the airport's phone system to call +1-647-887-7714. The shuttle will arrive in 5-10 minutes after the call. Flight delay information will be monitored to ensure a timely pick-up. Service is available during working hours: Sun - Fri 9 AM - 7 PM and Sat 9 AM - 6:30 PM.

Cons: Staff communication was poor. Knowledge of their own process was very poor. Everything about the rental company is questionable, especially the integrity of the people and business.

Pros: Car was clean, and in a great condition. I believe our car was a slight upgrade to what we were supposed to have.
Cons: The main person who handled us was unfriendly. First dropped us at a terminal without any question, to register ourselves for the car. But of course, not having US/Canadian insurance, they needed to do it themselves. Wanted to have a 3000 CAD deposit, and didn't want to see what Discover Cars wrote with the limit of 2500 CAD. There were also some weird rules, that we were not allowed to take toll roads, which nothing was written about when renting.

Pros: The car was great but the service was unacceptable.
Cons: The issue around insurance was bizzare and I had to leave a thousand dollars deposit on my credit card with the desk. I have not received that deposit back yet.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1350.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 24 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of insurance that covers the rental vehicle for damage and liability.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
