Pros: Trunk was broken , difficulty closing 1 back door unable to open from inside. Honestly don't think that car should be renting at airport quite old. Team was very quick when I called them about the faults they send the break down team asap
Pros: Terrible service form the company, broken radio system and scam in the payment.
Cons: I have been charged a wrong amount and the company is still holding my money. They have applied a daily charge that was never discussed or agreed and they withhold that from my credit card. This is illegal and I will have to litigate with them, which will take time and resources.

Cons: Had to wait quite a bit as phone kept on ringing, and regular customers jumping queue.
Pros: I had the unfortunate incident of misplacing my car keys and someone finding it and returning it to the Montego Bay office. When I called the company, they had already known about the issue and because a rep was in the area, I got the keys in a matter of minutes, and better still, I wasn't charged. Such good will and consideration on the company's part is invaluable and encouraging for me to use the service on my next trip
Cons: Not so much the service. The car I rented was pretty banged up, so it wasn't the best looking, but the fuel consumption was excellent, and it got us from point A to B safely.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Drivers between the ages of 21 and 23 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 3 year(s).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Eurocard, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
