Pros: The rep when we picked up was courteous, very helpful and accommodating. Our car hadn’t been cleaned, and had trash inside. He arranged for a replacement for us fairly quickly and we were on our way fairly quickly.
Cons: The fact that our first car wasn’t ready for us. When we dropped off, the rep was in a hurry which made it difficult to carefully ensure we had all our belongings and had clean out any trash we might have left behind. He was also very friendly and courteous as well though.
