Cons: Everything else - the location of the desk was outside of the airport and our flight was late. It took as 1 hour to rent the car and the online site did not allow us to check in prior to arrival. It was midnight by the time we got the car. The car was fine, although it had several damages on the outside and the inner lights in the car were not functioning. When we gave the car back we had to wait for someone to arrive although we booked and paid for the service outside of office hours we have mo

Pros: We got a good new car. The service we got when we returned the car was very pleasant and efficient.

Cons: There is no front desk at the airport. we got a confermation on a model that does not exist at the company. the amount for additional driver didnt match the pre agreement. for any comment we made the answer was "you dont have to take the car from us"- which was kinnd problematic as it was the middle of the night. The alternative we were given was not to take the vehicle late at night at the airport.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
If the customer wishes to use Debit cards, he/she will be required to purchase Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, European Union.
In order to travel to the following country(ies):Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, customer must purchase the following insurance policy(ies): Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
