Pros: quick delivery and redelivery
Cons: The car was fully insured on line with the booking. On arrival the local office asked for additional insurance, claiming that the insurance I paid for weas for the internet provider, not for them. The car was delivered empty and was redelivered full, but no credit to me. The car was hunting when speeding up.

Pros: Honestly, I didn't like anything about them. Had worse experience both while pick up and drop off.
Cons: Worst service ever. They gave me a small cheaper car and left us with no option. The representative was so rude, he said if you want the car take it or cancel it and they don't have any other car. They also said the company doesn't send them the car model and they alot random cars to everyone. What's the point of selecing/ booking a car in advance then.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Cash, Cheques is/are not accepted.
