Cons: Ho dovuto cambiare la prima macchina assegnatami perché era una macchina diciamo molto vissuta e dopo pochi km si è accesa la spia di avaria. Poco chiari sulla politica del reso cosa che è fondamentale, meglio dire tutto subito che scoprire le cose alla consegna.

Pros: L’accueil de l’aéroport Le transfert à l’agence Les efforts des agents pour me trouver le model de voiture que j’avais lou, il proposait une Citroën c3 et j’avais loué une nissan micra. Ils ont accepté de me l’être à disposition ce véhicule même s’il n’était pas réservé pour moi. Le retour aussi du véhicule a aussi été simple. Dans l’ensemble la prestation des agents est excellente.

Cons: Le véhicule manque d’entretien mécanique. Boîte de vitesse défectueuse, climatisation inefficace, propreté des des vitre avant et arrières intérieures contestables. Aucune solution de remplacement du véhicule proposé.

Cons: Absolutely terrible - I was provided with a 1 litre engine car to navigate a volcanic island!!! Further, the car had no air conditioning (the volcanic island is in the Caribbean!!!!) and there was no information anywhere to inform me that the company I needed to search for at the airport was actually called ‘Magaloc’, which resulted in a long and distressing episode for me.

Pros: easy to return the car.

Cons: Terribly difficult to find at airport, not recognised as official provider. Long distance to actual rental car location. Took 2 hours from pick up to process (compared to 20 mins with another provider the previous week) Car had no usb or functioning charger option (but more expensive than others with usb included). overall very basic.

Pros: De snelle afhandeling bij aankomst en vertrek. Waren erg vriendelijk en nadat ik mijn portomonne had laten liggen op de balie bij het verhuurbedrijf hebben ze deze meegegeven aan het volgende busje richting Airport, fantastisch.

Cons: Er stond dat de auto opgehaald kan worden bij de terminal in eerste instantie, later stond er dat dit een shuttle bus was. Op te terugweg stonden er files en duurde het langer dan de genoemde 9 minuten. Tevens moesten wij betalen voor schoonmaakkosten van de auto, wat ik nog nooit eerder heb meegemaakt.

Cons: Supposed to drop the car at 09:00 but people arrived at 10:00. No possibility to call them.

Cons: The pickup location for the car in the contract was at the airport. In reality it was at Magaloc office. It cost me extra time and € 25 extra on taxis fares. I expect a refund for that

Pros: Nothing, lazy employees. Employee complained that she was tired. She said why did you walk by me and call our office. She had no sign and was on her phone texting.

Cons: Brought car back with very little sand. Employee said I will have to pay 35 euro. No problem. Gave her 40. She said well can you go to a store and get some change. I said keep the 5. They said that is not how it works. Then they asked me to drive around to find a vaccum so I clean it myself. Fuck that. I py the fee and bye. Lazy employees

Cons: There was some sand in the feet wells and I was forced to pay 45 euros for a cleaning service. Judging from other comments left by users of this same location, this is clearly a scam the staff are perpetrating on many customers. You're heading to the airport, the staff know you need to go, so they hold you hostage. Outrageous!!

Pros: Very friendly on drop off .. they were happy we returned it cleaned ! transfer bk to the airport was good

Cons: No one at the airport as advertised when we arrived at 11pm ..Very stressful after a long flight in a new country to us .. When we did eventually get to our car it wasn’t very clean! Windows filthy.. especially inside windscreen.. We had to fill washer bottle & keep pumping up a slow puncher ! We were expected to clean the car in side & out before returning the car🤔 they would take money from our €900 deposit !! if we didn’t! we returned it a lot cleaner than we collected it .. !!

Pros: Agents at pick up was phenomenal

Cons: Its took an hour to pick us up at the airport. I had to call them twice. I had rented an automatic car but they were tell me it was manuel so they charge me extra. The car was half empty. When i drop the car the lady was giving me attitude and even rolled her eyes at me. I would not recommend this company.

Cons: Shuttle service. They gave a phone number to call to send a shuttle. The phone number was not answered, a different one (for information) finally worked, they sent a minivan , which arrived in a parking lot and had the sign "Magaloc", not Addcar.

Cons: 1. I wait so long to pick me up to rent location 2.We change the car two times because the fuel tank was empty 3. The tank has only 2/3 of fuel 4. The vehicle key was without a remote control 5. No body tell me that I must pay cleaning in the end and it is really stupid that after one month of renting the car, I paid 45 eur for cleaning 5. The rental agents speak English at the level of the third or fourth grade of primary school. Really bad.

Pros: Une fois sur place, le service a été bon et efficace.

Cons: L’homme qui nous a accueilli nous a mal dirigé vers le lieu d’attente pour une navette. Nous avons dû appeler la compagnie de location de voiture. Puisque la compagnie était située à quelques minutes de l’aéroport, cela a pris une heure après la sortie de l’avion pour obtenir notre véhicule.

Pros: We never found addcar. We found out that it was run by Magaloc after several phone calls. The meet and greet never happened. Picking up the car was a terrible experience. I later read the Magaloc reviews and several others had the same problem

Cons: The car was returned about 1.5 hours later, as it was written on the contract in French - the car was returned as in the reservation. Due to the short delay, the car provider first wanted to charge 1 full day according to their price list, after it was pointed out that their behavior was unfair, since the return time was not warned, they additionally charged 41,00 EUR for returning the car after working hours (17.30). The car was also picked up after working hours.

Pros: Experienced MAGALOC Staff, So they all knew how to do things

Cons: The fact that really it is Magaloc, So would have been easier to find, as no person had heard of ADDCAR

Cons: We were supposed to be met at the airport but nobody was there. We had to wait for almost 2 hours and make multiple calls to the agency before some came for us.

Cons: Getting out of the airport, we did not see "AddCar" anywhere. We had to call the number to figure out the company was actually called Magaloc. The shuttle was also difficult to find. I would suggest to be clearer about these elements.

Cons: Wasn't anyone who wait in the airport with the name on the sign. It was difficult to understand where someone is waiting for you. It was difficult to find office when drop off the car. In google maps the address mentioned in agreement didn't exist.

Pros: 1) very long wait at the arrival without indication of residual time and way to reach the pick up point external at the airport 2) no posibility to check the car's conditions at the delivery. I sent and e.mail the morning after to report a scratch with no answer. Onestly I have to add that at the drop off I had no problem for this damage and the emplyee was wery kind in admitting the damage was already present 3) 45 € for the cleaning service is too much specially if not very well specified at t

În The mail They hâd sent me, They told me a Guy îs gonna wait for me în The arrivals hall, with my name on a board, They did not such thing, i hâd waited 1 hour, i called them, told me somebody was waiting near a Pharmacie, then another 30 min, then i call Again, The lady told me to wait near a Pharmacie cross, They hâd my number, but The idiot driver didn't had The brains to call me, because They are idiots. Car with inspection expired.

Pros: The car was running well despite its 37000 km but the front tyres were at the end of their life

Cons: Service in general and especially at reception. Did not appreciate at all the comment at reception (with long queue) 'I should have made you paid the cleaning of the car'. Also no air-co in that Fiat Panda

Cons: The lack of trasparency about the condition! This was the third time in Guadalupe and no car rentals asked me to handle back the car cleaned before! The add car agency only told me about the full gas condition but any mention about the cleaning! I perceived it as an excuse to get more money (45€ is unbelievable!)

Cons: Ho dovuto pagare 35 euro per la pulizia finale dell'auto...... Mai successo in nessun autonoleggio. Mi spiace molto, non sono per niente soddisfatta di questo! Peccato!
