Pros: С оформлением машины не было никаких проблем. Как, в общем, и с ее передачей после завершения аренды. После прилета позвонили агенту, он пригнал машину через 10 минут. Быстро подписали документы, заплатили, внесли депозит (правда, о его величине агент не знал), поехали.

Cons: Хитрая уловка - отдавать машину с пустым баком и условием "ну, с пустым и вернете". Очевидно, что арендаторы не знают объем бака, сколько машина тратит на 100 км. Очевидно, что компания рассчитывает на то, что клиент ошибется и привезет сколько-то литров с собой. Так как все документы оформляются на заправке, требуйте полного бака.

Pros: Thoroughly disgusted. Pick up was a farce with the rep not there on time. Was then driven to a local petrol station to complete paper work and pay for the contract which I signed on the bonnet of the car.

Cons: The car picked up a puncture during the rental period. The spare tyre was damaged and also flat. Putting that spare on would have been very dangerous. I then called it in to Addcar who said a pick up recovery would cost me £400 or was told to fix it myself. I have evidence to back this up.

Cons: Agreement paper which i have to sign on was mainly in turkish language. I have to pay the airport parking fee after picking up the car which though small amount is not appropriate and should be paid by the company.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Cash, Cheques is/are not accepted.
If the customer wishes to use Debit cards, he/she will be required to purchase Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
