Pros: I arrived and signed all the documents, it took an hour and a half to pick up the car in another place and then wait another hour for it to be delivered

Cons: when receiving the car the tank was not full this was recorded when handing over the car the difference was plus or minus a liter they made problems with this

Pros: Nothing/ We didnw't get the car. want refund of the deal 40.25 Euro + 110 Euro that we paid for alternative car (have invoice)Total 150.25 Euro.

Cons: We didn't get the car! the represenrative Mr Adrian Anghel, claimed that my credit card (for blocking the deposit) isn't working, although it was 100% fix. That was after I refused to pay him 22 Euro per day for "total insurance", which I made in advance by "Discovercars". My credit card is o.k. and of course it work in the alternative car rent agency where I took the other car. Please refund me of the deal 40.25 Euro + 110 Euro that we paid for alternative car (have invoice)Total 150.25 Euro.

Pros: Position of the rental office. Downtown Bucharest

Cons: At the pickup time the office was closed even if it was in their working hours. After I called them somebody arrived in about 30 minutes but i have to wait another one and a half hour to bring a bit better car while the first one had a major damage on the one of the front wheel, fact that could lead to a tire explosion.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1100.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Security Deposit will be doubled for using the following services: crossing country borders.
Payment policy
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
If the customer wishes to use Debit cards, he/she will be required to purchase Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).

Cash, Cheques is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Union.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Russia, Ukraine.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
For vehicles not returned in an acceptable clean condition, an additional charge of 150 EUR will apply.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is free of charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
