Cons: Ryanair changed the time of my flight to 11PM and not 4PM. I contacted the car rental company explaining the situation. They told me that I had to pay an extra 40€ for the late hours which i accepted. They were supposed to pick me up after i landed but there were many problems. I had to call 15 times to two different numbers until someone pick up phone. They said the reservation was cancelled because i didn't arrive at 4PM. Only pick us up after insisting and explaining they agreed previously.

Cons: Agent didn't turn up at all. Have to leave the car with another car rental company worker. No one answered the phone when giving the car back. Change the car twice due to a fault of first and second car. Magrent agents unreliable. Only third car meet the expectations.

Cons: Being told on arrival that there was "no more car" in spite of their confirmation SMS just before flying in. Being told to use another company while it was 9:30pm on Saturday of Easter weekend, and with a tired 5yo boy. Having to call multiple wrong numbers before calling their Swedish center, that eventually led to having an uncleaned car to drive. At least I got a car at the end... How is it they don't ensure cars are available when you book them weeks in advance??

Pros: Very bad experience, arrived to Warsaw around 12 midnight, there was no representative waiting for me at the airport I have payed upfront. Was looking around all airport, I have called numbers of times to this company, the was no answer.ended up on my own with no car in the middle night, had so much stress. No money has been refunded. Very disappointed. Spoken to airport security, it’s looks like this company doing this things to customers on regular basis, just simply don’t show up .

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 27.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.

Maestro, Cash, Cheques is/are not accepted.
