Pros: When I arrived to pick up the car, the rental company informed me that they had no cars left. Therefore I had to wait 6 hrs before getting a car. I lost an entire day of rental and was not reimbursed or given any accommodation.

Cons: I would not recommend Add a car. At arrival the agent informed me that they had no cars left and I had to wait for 6hrs before getting a car. I arrived at 10am and had to wait until 4pm There was no other accommodation provided or reimbursement. I lost most of the rental day to get to my destination. I would not recommend add a car

Cons: There was no agent on our arrival, had to ask around. Had to wait almost 15min to be picked up. The car was too small and low for the driving I would be doing and for where I would be driving.

Pros: Professional and courteous.

Cons: We didn’t like the wait it took for a representative to come and get us…very hard to connect with the representative upon arrival at airport.The car was “dated” and had the check engine light the entire time. Just wish they ask for flight information and reach out to arrange pickup.

Pros: Nice people with good communication

Cons: Had to chase them to change initial car which was only slightly better than original vehicle and had to waste a day of my. holiday going back to change vehicle. Also on arrival at airport there was no ones there with a name board and had to locate the driver etc and had I not been familiar with the location this would have caused more distress

Cons: We waited for an hour at the airport and had to get a local taxi driver to call the office, as the numbers on the voucher weren't working. We were given a completely different car which i told them i was not confident driving. Their 24 telephone line was unresponsive. Wayne, the rep there that served us was plain rude and arrogant.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2750.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cash is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
