Pros: The car was great, we were a bit worried after seeing their reviews on google of people saying how they try to get you to pay for a bunch of extras upon return but we had no troubles and the return was so easy.

Cons: pickup was pretty hectic as we weren't sure where to go for the shuttle ride and then when we got there, we weren't really directed what to do and there was so many other people trying to get a car at the same time that we waited quite a while.

Pros: They claim that the antena was missing. I took the car with no antena, she asked me if i had proof, and if i took a picture!! Is this a way you treat a client?

Cons: I asked how much for the antena, a piece of plastic, she wanted to charge me 100 Euros!!!!!! That is 150$ Canadian dollars!!! Are you serious!!!!

Pros: Nice attitude of the staff

Cons: Length of time to take possession and return the car is the worst experience ever. Efficiency is definitely not a concept at ADDcar. Car did not come with a full tank of gas as per the contract and they charge a ridiculous cleaning fee. Would not rent again from them

Cons: The car had a system error, (low tire pressure, sos alert) what was harmless but very annoying, and could not be fixed from the service department .

Pros: The price was competitive and the car was in good condition.

Cons: When you get to the airport you have to call for the shuttle service - we had to call three times!! An UNMARKED vehicle passed us and stopped to drop off guests...WE had to run over to ask if they were AddCar; the driver never looked for us. We booked a GPS when making the online booking, but none was available when we arrived. The day we returned the car, ONE person was working! She was doing her very best and was very professional and polite; but we had to wait over 30 minutes.

Cons: Personne n'était présent à mon arrivée, le service ne répondait pas au téléphone. J'ai donc été bloquée à l'aéroport livrée à moi même. Le lendemain lorsque j'ai récupéré le véhicule, pas de remboursement pour la journée perdue. Véhicule avec freins endommagés, essuie glace obsolètes, manque puissance moteur.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 950.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Visa Electron, Maestro, Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
