Cons: La oficina estaba cerrada. No aparecieron ni contestaron mis llamadas. Una estafa.
Pros: Paperwork was clear, no tricks
Cons: The car roof was stained and looked really disgusting. The drop-off location at the airport was confusing, we went to the parking lot that said "Adocar" but it was another place down the road we were supposed to leave it.
Pros: I definitely would NOT recommend this company. The price may be responsible but in the long run, it’s better to pay a little extra for a decent car through Hertz or Avis or something. The car was in really bad shape. Half way through our rental, the Scheck engine light came on. There were scratches and dents everywhere. We had to be at the desk exactly at 2 (no earlier, no later), we weren’t aware. This should be stressed to avoid customers waiting around in the Cancun heat.
Cons: The car was really in bad shape, customer service was severely lacking. We received no official paperwork from the desk about our reservation, he told us he would send it to us via WhatsApp but we never got it. Thank god everything was okay and we didn’t need anything.
Pros: Pickup was straightforward, price was good
Cons: On car return they tried to scam additional payments. All were successfully argued away, but it's a poor experience.
