Cons: Adocar Rental pressured hard to scam us into buying THEIR insurance, despite our private banking coverage. The car had a wobbly side mirror and ineffective windshield wipers.

Pros: When we picked-up the car everything went smooth and Jaime at office in Playa del Carmen was very efficient and nice.
Cons: When I brought the car back after three days the office was closed despite the working hours. There is no space to leave the car on the road in Playa del Carmen branch. Therefore I have to struggle with passing drivers and security guards nearby. I have waited for 40 minutes before Adocar employee showed and unlocked the office. Without any apologise he began to check the car and even make jokes about broken backlight which was broken before my pick-up. Terrible employee.
