Cons: We experienced a tyre puncture with this car, the car rental staff were not helpful at all and suggested we take the car to a mechanic - we were stranded in the countryside in a state we werent familiar with, with a car that couldnt be driven because of a punctured tyre. The staff were unhelpful and we were in distress. The tyre puncture was repaired with help from public assistance. We found that the tyre was faulty when we picked up the car that morning from their office.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Delivery fee.
Rate excludes
An administrative charge of 1.95 % will apply for payments made using the following card(s) MasterCard, Visa.
An administrative charge of 5.5 % will apply for payments made using the following card(s) American Express.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 89 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A local renter must possess a full (G) driver's licence.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Toll device.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
