Pros: Drop off was quick.

Cons: Agent was late to work so no one at counter for 15 min. She came in & was not happy that it was her 'Monday', she was late, we were already there, & she logged into wrong system so computer didn't immediately work. After asking if we'd been there (said no, 1st time because I thought she meant Florida but really she meant Advantage) she demanded I pay for additional insurance. I declined. She demanded I must choose between her 2 options. I declined again.

Pros: They do everything and have the car waiting for you.

Cons: The cars are checked for damage thoroughly enough before picking them up. I have often noticed damage that I could have been liable for that went undocumented by the person who checked it out to me. Also, not every car has a USB port inside the car which is inconvenient.
