Pros: They are super fast. I usually wait while they mess with paperwork but they were right on the ball. Drop off was less then 5 minutes instead of the usual 45 minutes at other places

Pros: Original price quote

Cons: 1. There was a very long line with a few agents working to pick up our car. 2. Our agent tried immediately to get us to upgrade and then got us to get the $10 a day Told pay… Which we didn’t need. We only went through one told the whole time we were there. 3. Our car was a Mitsubishi Mirage which only has… Three years… Such an underperforming car. It really shouldn’t be a rental car option.

Pros: I liked the car and the drop-off service team.

Cons: The pick-up service team was extremely rude and inefficient. For no reason other than poor management, we spent at least 2 hours waiting in line. No agents issued an apology for the wait.

Pros: On,y one agent and waited in line for over 20 min.

Cons: The bus rental person did not come out to assist. Even though I had it handled, out of courtesy, it would be good for him to be welcoming (I still gave tip). Also, the car itself was not as described as a I thought. The car was missing the two front hubcaps, many scratches and 3 cylinders. The tires were low that we felt every pothole, I did not feel safe.
