Pros: Aercar shuttle didn't show up until we called. We had to wait for more than 45mn. The very polite and nice agent thought that it was mentioned in the rental contract that we had to call, which was not. The call was quite costly because it was a roaming call.

Pros: The staff at Aerocar were soooo helpful! He gave me information about things that didn’t relate to Aerocar but was helpful. Returning my car I had issues filling the tank so the man took me to the petrol station (and filled the tank - but I paid..but he did the work) and was just so lovely and helpfull. I really enjoyed my car rental. The car itself wasn’t the nicest (compared to Europe or the US) but it worked great.

Pros: At first we had misunderstandings regarding the full insurance, but later the situation was resolved. Be sure to take full insurance directly from Aercar, then there is no deposit (for us it would have been 800 euros). In the case of a insurance event, the process is quick and worry-free. The rental price is super affordable. We also got a free upgrade. I would use Aercar's service in the next times as well.
