Cons: There was no at the airport with car on arrival, had to contact provider to attend, then no car was available, given temp vehicle which was in terrible state of repair and cleanliness, then had to return on the Monday to pick up more suitable vehicle. As yet money held back for insurance has not been released.

Pros: They were at the airport fairly quickly after we phoned them. Paperwork was done efficiently and quickly on the spot in the airport car park.

Cons: Very poor quality of vehicle. Very high mileage and badly scratched on all panels of the car. The car misfired at times especially at the start of a journey and I was expecting a failure at some point. Fortunately that didn’t happen.

Pros: They contacted me directly upon arrival at the airport. We could just leave the car at the airport when dropping off.

Cons: There were a number of small problems with the car, like: cracks and small damages around (on bumpers, doors, etc. - it took a while to picture and document them at picking up), one of the indicators on the side missing, inner lamp not working, serious cluttering sound from front right wheel at each small hole on road, directing the ventillation

Cons: Condition of the cars. No damage checks done and deposit not returned yet. I have pictures of the cars in case of any damage dispute despite there being no check form

Pros: The price for the car I rented was unbeatable as it was about 20% less than any of the big car rental providers. I also liked the fact that they bring the car to you in front of the airport. Also they provided an upgrade on the car since the one I booked had some technical issues.

Cons: Company is local and not of the big brands, their cars aren't new models, but their prices are lower. Being an old model the car we received (Nissan Serena ) had a lot of options (electric doors, keyless entry, good AC, folding mirrors,etc) but the exterior had several damages. I also rented a child seat for my one-year old but the seat was in poor condition and front-mounted which normally is not recommended for this age. Allover I was satisified but car and accsories should be inbetter shape

Cons: Bait and switch - paid for a 7-person SUV and got a small beat-up 5 person with a small trunk. Rental withheld 250Eu for undocumented damage. Still waiting for Discover Support to get back to me - it has been a week and a half. Non-existing support / claim options.

Cons: Promised a 2 year old car - given a 12 year old car with 120,000 miles on clock. Sat Nav was so old it couldn't use it, I ended up spending a fortune using my phone as GPS. Overall this was the worst experience of hiring a car i have ever had. Your staff are so unhelpful, when i complained they told me to sort it directly with the car provider and didn't offer to help. This ruined my holiday and i will be a making a point of telling as many people that i can that your company is shit.
