AIDA at Larnaca Airport

Pros: Rod and the Team really care....they go above and beyond. I very,very rarely use anyone else...why would I!!

Pros: As before , we have used various rental company's through discovercars.com and occasionally aida don't have availability and I dread going anywhere else.

Pros: People, attitude, kindness. Small deposit, released the same day the car was returned (!). Very good value for the price.I highly recommend Aida.

Cons: Car was Kia, not VW Up, but it describes it as VW OR SIMILAR, so nothing to worry about. Car was very good, but had no cruise control

Pros: Very poor. When I arrived, I was informed to pay €150 instead of the balance that was quoted in the website. When I showed them what I was supposed to pay they told me that they cannot accept that. So was taken back to the airport to sort other means. Had to call the discovery customer service to try to sort out the mess. Eventually, I had to extra £10 above what was quoted to get the car. Found it to be unprofessional.

Cons: Το αυτοκίνητο δεν ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση. Το ραδιόφωνο δεν λειτουργούσε καλά και το αυτόματο κλείδωμα δεν λειτουργούσε (έπρεπε να μπαίνει το κλειδί στην κλειδαριά της πόρτας για να κλειδώσει και να ξεκλειδώσει)

Pros: The representatives were very helpful and the collection and drop off were easy.

Pros: A comparably small local company with nice service. The car was good, both the pick up and drop off agents were kind. The overall impression was quite positive.

Cons: Somehow my booking was missing in the sistem of AIDA (according to the AIDA stuffit was because of Discover cars fault), so there is nobody to pick me at the airport, I could contact from the 3rd time calling the line as it was busy, had to wait they to solve the problem and send somebody, and after all I spent over an hour until picked the car.

Pros: Possibility of rent it with a prepaid credit card in combination with cash. Very friendly staff.

Cons: It was a nightmare finding the person to collect the car. They would not answer their phone and we were left waiting for a long time. Eventually they picked up. On dropping off, the office was shut so again we were left standing their waiting. Again after 30 mins or so someone turned up. Luckily we didn’t miss our flight.
