Pros: Now Aircar became one of my favourite rental cars company in Morocco and renting by them you can avoid any issue with police check up point on the road

Cons: Impossible to reach office by phone, car was dirty, car battery was almost dead at pickup, it died several times along my trip in small villages, luckily there were people around to help me both times, I had to exchange for a new one at the Agadir airport, I cut my trip early because of sexual harassment and returned 2 weeks early and no refund possible because I paid online. I was told by an employee that all Kia Picantos have this problem— why are you still renting them out?

Pros: Car was not clean at all and one of the glasses was completely broken which is just unacceptable.

Cons: I dropped the car unwashed, the representative reprimend me because of this. Nobody told me to wash the car before returning it and it was not written on the contract. I rent cars all over the world and nobody ever ask to return the car washed, I have no problem in wash the car but I was unaware of gaving to do it.

Cons: The asked for 35000 MAD. It is refunded after the car is delivered!! It’s very big amount first time I face like that.

Pros: The car had not full tank - not easy to bring it back on the same exact length. We thought we had payed for full insurance coverage but they made us paying 50% more of the expected price. The car had lots of fingers and damages, the worse was realising, while driving out from the airport realising that the engine trouble light was on - driving back to the office, the agent told us that it was a Dacia fault and that going to a Dacia garage they would have reset the light but for them the car ->

Cons: Waiting time picking up was very long but only 2 customers in front. Car was very basic but also had all tape residues all over the front of the car. Inside a lot of stains and dirty spots on the chairs.

Cons: Received the car dirty not washed. Empty fuel tank. Multiple dents and scratches. The my pick up time was 8:30am while the employee arrived 30 minutes late. I returned the car 1 day earlier and they refused to give any refund for the day.

Pros: This car (Dacia Duster) was new, I mean BRAND new. Was very good to drive and super economical. There are cheaper hire car places out there, but then again, they might not have breakpads that haven't been changed in five years.

Cons: Unless you pay for the top collision damage protection, it will cost you a bomb if something happens. Ratchets up the per day cost a fair bit.

Cons: we paid extra for a GPS and when we got there the actual car did not have a GPS. Instead the agent gave us a 10year old tomtom which did not work. He spent 20 minutes adding an address manually into it and gave up and then hooked it up to his computer to find us the route. I asked for another unit and he didn't have it.. What we paid for 650Dh in cash was useless. We got ripped off. Also the car had no petrol in it at all, we barely made it to the nearest gas station to fill up.This place sucks
