Cons: I was supposed to receive a car with diesel engine as per my reservation document and I got a car with essence engine. The car agency argued that this is a frequent error from Discover Cars platform. It appears that the platform allows reservation for an essence engine car even if that car is known to be only fonctionning with diesel!!!!

Cons: Car was not even washed, back seat was covered by sand, no wiper fluid/water, constant tyre pressure problems, last but not least empty battery in the middle of my trip. Luckily it happened 20 kms away from Merzuoga, i had it charged 3 times and had to pay hundred 100 dirhem tips, then it was replaced. My whole trip would have been ruined because of this issue, I would have missed my attraction at Sahara.

Pros: After reading some mixed reviews, I was a bit skeptical about renting from AirCar. However, my experience was surprisingly positive. I ended up with a relatively new car, and the pick-up process was incredibly quick - I was handed the keys in about 5 minutes. Cons: Poor maintenance They didn't conduct regular inspection of the car. Therefore during driving, a red sign was turned on. I spent almost 10 hours finding a near office and at last I went to the airport. Moreover They charged a considerable amount of deposit promising that they will block the withdrawal and return the full deposit when I return the car safely, but I still wait to receive the deposit.

Cons: Impossible to reach office by phone, car was dirty, car battery was almost dead at pickup, it died several times along my trip in small villages, luckily there were people around to help me both times, I had to exchange for a new one at the Agadir airport, I cut my trip early because of sexual harassment and returned 2 weeks early and no refund possible because I paid online. I was told by an employee that all Kia Picantos have this problem— why are you still renting them out?

What we paid for 650Dh in cash was useless. We got ripped off. Also the car had no petrol in it at all, we barely made it to the nearest gas station to fill up.This place sucks
