Pros: We had a smooth experience. We liked that they were efficient and they also took pictures of the car before and after, easing our concerns about being charged for scratches. Everyone was kind and respectful, and my deposit was returned within a week of returning the car.

Cons: The only downside was the USB port did not work in our car.

Pros: Car had non working AC (empty) so we need to have opened windows all the time. I want to claim compensation for this since we booked a car with AC.

Cons: There is no signs of rental desk in fes and either in Marrakech. No logo anywhere, plus there is no office in Fes, only a guy who operates from a car office (no signs) otherwise staff was friendly. Even on the Airport they did not know where is the car pick up point.

Pros: The desk office is at the airport.

Cons: The right mirror was broken. The light turned randomly off when we were driving the car for several times (very dangerous). The car was not filled with gas when we arrive at 1 am and most of the gas stations were closed near the airport. We had to pay extra 30 euros because we picked our car after 11 pm (our flight was delayed). They wanted to charge us 20 euros more when we return the car for cleaning. They did not have GPS available as requested in advance.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1140.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.

Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
